House Woollahra

House Woollahra

Working with the clients for a second time,  Carla Middleton Architecture has navigated the design of a new build with all the contemporary amenity required in a house which reimagines the classics.

The house is sited on a battle-ax block in the prestige Sydney suburb of Woollahra and accommodates a generous home for parents and adult children, with a swimming pool, and plenty of parking.

An abundance of natural light was a key requirement, alongside privacy from surrounding neighbours, and the ability to entertain outdoors and enjoy the garden.
