Designed by Plazibat Architects, the Lucent project was completed in 2017.

This contemporary sub-tropical multi-residential building is expressive of its sense of place and a building which achieves a delicate balance of light and shade.

Enriching the character of multi-residential building typology within the area, and contributing to the public realm via a highly detailed and refined ground plane and street edge became the key design driver.

An island of ground-level retail forms the base, with the tower comprising 190 apartments.

An urban oasis rooftop crowns the building.

This development has enhanced the setting in which it sits, through its vibrant and active streetscape, its integrated landscaping throughout the building, and its commitment to a subtropical outdoor lifestyle.
