A number of consecutive partial renovations left this Paddington terrace ready for a coherent overhaul.
Local planning and heritage restrictions meant that only very minor adjustments to the existing volume were possible.
Kreis Grennan Architecture devised precise modifications that re-structured the content of the volume whereby the various levels and geometry were simplified.
Result?
A sense of generosity, with plenty of light and storage too.
