Designed by Borland Architecture, this four-bedroom home is situated on a quiet leafy street in Glen Iris in Melbourne.
The facades are a bold statement, mirroring its urban environment, with deep recessed windows portraying a sense of grandeur, solidity and balance.
Using a minimal palette of materials, the Borland Architecture team defined and strengthened the features.
Internally, large open-plan spaces are zoned to reinforce function and give specific character, yet they flow seamlessly from one space to the next, making the home feel larger than it is.
